Warlock Demon

Spawn Acolytes: Chosen must be drained of blood until dead, the demon then forcing their blood into their chosen. If warlock possesses the chosen during the siring process (through a carnal joining) a powerful soul binding occurs where the demon sees inside of their chosen's soul, and chosen becomes possessed by their Maker. A possessed chosen is easier to protect, for their maker always knows where they are and what they are thinking. If this process is repeated once chosen is 'made,' chosen becomes dominated under the power of their maker's will. Demons refer to their Acolytes as their Chosen. Demonic Rebirth is hellishly painful. Chosen wakens feeling as if they are on fire inside and out, only it is a fire of a bitter ice cold heat, far hotter than any fire, and yet which does not burn flesh, but the soul, laying Acheron's mark and their Sire's mark on their soul for eternity. There is no escape from the Mark of Acheron once it burns the soul. The transformation occurs while they are aware.
Dark Domination: Dominate will by projection of will through the power of their soul. The longer a target is subjected to their will, the stronger the domination.
Possession: Naga warlocks do not possess like other demons do. They have two methods of possession. One is through 'Bewitchment' where the demon charms a victim and then gradually joins his soul with his victim's through the path of his mesmerization, or possesses them through carnal relations in which he joins his soul with his lover/victim when climax is attained, known as 'Carnal Joining'.
Shifting: Shifting between human form and demonic form, the demon must 'shed' the flesh of one body to morph into the other. In human form they can eat human foods, but the demon in them prefers raw meat, especially human, warm off the bone. Warlock demons can also morph their body in various ways as they will as they master their form shifting.
Advantages

Androgynous Morphing: ability to change sexes and morph form.
Demon Form: Humanish from torso up, with massive wings, scales which vary in color. Large, snake-like hinged fangs with venom sacks. Curved, razor sharp claws. Serpentine from waist down, with snake tail, Slit pupils, snake-like, eye color varies. These warlocks move on the coils of their tail, and push off from their tails to strike out rapidly.
Tail Constrict: Strength damage each turn held
Tail Whip: Strength = dmg
Tail Wrap: Strength vs. Strength to escape
Claws: +12 dmg.
Fangs: +15-venom progressive, intoxicates, paralizes and shuts down vital organs, death at 0 HP, coma for immortals.
Disadvantages
Ice: does double damage
Crusader Slayer and Holy Magics, or Weapons imbued with those same powers, are used in their destruction or banishment to Acheronl. It is their SOUL that must be destroyed or banished. When banished they are sealed within Acheron's demi planes.
Holy Relics repulse them. Dark or Blood Magics actually strengthen them by Level of attack.
Mark of Acheron: Marks their soul and they can always be found by this mark.

Charms of the Mind
The more powerful the demon is, the more they potent the effects.
1-Infatuate: subject becomes infatuated with demoness
2-Bewitch: enchant someone.
3-Manipulate Emotions: as called
4-Alternate Memory: Replace one memory with another, lasts 1 day per success, or as called at level 25+.
5-Implant Memories: Implants memory recall that is as vivid as if truly lived.
6-Absorb Memories: Warlock takes called memories into himself, removing them from subject's mind.
7-Gateway of the Mind: Warlock can 'walk' into the mind of another to see their dreams, thoughts and secrets. Demon can pass knowledge on to subject through this gateway.
8-Dream Stage: Demon can appear to subject in their dreams very lucidly to interact with, and influence subject through their dreams.
9-Overpower the Mind: Used with mind gate, demon can possess and control the thoughts of another.
10-Prince of Dreams: Used with dream stage, demon can control the dreams of their subject and convert those dreams into an alter-reality where victim is subject in the physical world to whatever happens in their dreams.
11-Master of the Mind: Formulate mental and illusory commands.
12-Improved Power: Combine power and use at these levels.

- These demons are always male, and always choose handsome humanoid forms to possess and absorb for their humanoid visage, at times having several forms to choose from. When sired; they loose their human form and must possess another to attain a humanoid form. Naga is a snake demon god and progenitor of the warlock demons, who is half man, half snake with scales covering his entire body. His queen is Nagina, matriarch of the witch demons. The Euryalians are worshippers of these demons (see humans, euryalians in bestiary if interested).
