Must Know Demon Information

General Information

All demons are immortal and are either minions of an Underworld or a Ruling Demon Lord of one of these dark kingdoms. Rogue Demons are demons which seek liberty from the kingdom they serve or from a Kingdom's hierarchy, and are often hunted by other demons. Free Walkers are demons which have been permitted their independence by their Lord or the ruling Prince of the Underworld Kingdom they are connected to.

Many demons are guardians. Demons can also be summoned with the correct knowledge. If someone knows how, they may invoke a demon to ask a favor, which if done incorrectly, can be very dangerous.

Base Demon Powers

    All Demons have these powers.


    Domination: see inborn paths
    Dark Presence: see inborn paths
    Possession: see inborn paths
    Telepathy: see inborn paths
    WoD-(Way of Death): Obliteration of their souls, and in order to do that, their physical form must be destroyed first for their soul must be outside of their physical embodiment in order to kill them.
    Demonic Strength: +8
    Demonic Fortitude: +10 tough flesh
    Regeneration: Base Level 10 +1 per added base level gain, unless otherwise stated in bestiary.

    Demonic Siring

    Siring: Drain victim of all blood possible, past death, force 1 pint of blood per generation of sire into victim. (gen 1, one pint, gen 2, two pints, etc.) Takes one hour-three days to awaken in a hellish rebirth...Like burning alive. High generation demons may have to regenerate their blood before they can complete the process of siring.

    Enslave: Drain victim's blood until they swoon, imbue with 4 swallows of demon blood per generation.

    Demonic Enslavement: Drain victim's blood until they swoon, (drain all blood if immortal) imbue with large amount of demon blood. Too much (over two quarts) may destroy victim, not enough (under two quarts) can cause obsessive enslavement.

    Effects of Enslavement: Bonds subject to master. Makes them very obediant; they have a deep sense of loyalty and affection for their master. They can still think for themselves through this bonding, and if master's will and the bond is not stronger than their subject's is, the slave may disobey or defy their master. Mortal Slaves becomes quasi-immortal demonics when enslaved.

    Sired Slave: Demons can enslave an acolyte while they are being sired. Demon slaves cannot sire, dominate, or possess, and only have those abilities the sire willfully passes on to them while being sired. Demon slaves cannot learn arcane powers unless their sire allows them to learn and practice magic. Demon slaves are completely loyal to their sire, or to any master their sire gives them to. They are immortal and have all the physical traits of their sire, at half the level, including regeneration and fortitude.

Demonic Breeds

There are ten basic kinds of demons which are refered to as breeds. A demon's clan determines what type of demon they are, and each clan is defined by their progenitor, their Satus.

1-Satus Demon - Born as master demons out of Acheron's Eternal Flame, The Lake of Fire, The Abyss, the Ether Plane of Chaos, an Elemental Plane, or another underworld; either by an angel or powerful spirit falling into one of these kingdoms or planes, or by a Demi-god or God creating them out of these planes. The result is a 1st Generation Demon Progenitor or Matriarch (females). These demons choose what paths to pass on to their sired acolytes. The most powerful demons, Satus Demons can learn any path and as many spells in each path as they choose (a spell book of up to 1200 spells).
2-Genus Demon - A TRUE born (2nd generation) demon born of a mating between like demons. TRUE born demons are actually very rare because demons almost never prefer other demons as mates, even briefly. These demons can learn any 4 chosen paths and learn 3 spells per level (a spell book of up to 480 spells).
3-Abominor Demon - A demon born of a mating between a demon and another immortal that is not a demon. These demons can learn any 4 paths and learn 3 spells per level (a spell book of up to 480 spells).
4-Orion Demon - A creature which ascends into a demon, as happens with vampires, lycanthrope, powerful spirits, and fallen angels. Spells vary according to prior spell book and new paths gained.
5-Feras Demon - A TRUE demon created in a permanent animal form. These demons have specific paths which apply to the path of their birth. Abyss-{Shadow, Necromancy and Ice}, Lake of Fire-{Fire Elemental}, Eternal Flame-{Chaos or powers called by maker}, Other Elemental Planes-{related elements and powers of that plane) and can lean 1 spell per level. These animal demons have telepathic speech.
6-Acolyte Demon - A sired demon acolyte is called a clan Demon. This is the most common type of demon and they have Clan Generations. These demons can learn up to 4 full paths as passed down to them from their clan progenitor. The paths may vary slightly within a clan,as a Progenitor may pass down the ability to learn more than four paths to the 2nd generation acolyte (Clan Prince) who then chooses which four paths to bestow his or her acolytes with (a spell book of up to 160 spells).
7- Feras Acolyte Demon - An animal acolyte sired by any kind of demon. These demonic beasts have no speech but have one of their maker's paths with up to 10 spells. They become semi-sentient when sired and can understand their maker and be understood by them.
8-Gholam Demon - A demon minion made by another demon through their powers. 1 path with max of 10 spells.
9-Semet Demon - A demon kin that is half demon born out of a mating between a human or a non-demonic creature and a demon. These half-demons get 1 path with 1 spell per level. See Demon Kin.
10-Servoas Demon - A demon acolyte that is enslaved while being sired. Demon slaves cannot sire, dominate, or possess, and only have those abilities the sire willfully passes on to them while being sired. Demon slaves cannot learn arcane powers unless their sire allows them to learn and practice magic. Demon slaves are completely loyal to their sire, or to any master their sire gives them to. They are immortal and have all the physical traits of their sire, at half the level, including regeneration and fortitude.
