Kardaan Dragon

Information

Kardaan (kar-dahn) in dragon tongue means One of Great Might. The name suits this dragon perfectly. This dragon is a sort of 'enforcer' for other dragons when they get out of hand. They are very intelligent, shrewd, sharp witted, and tremendously strong as dragons go. Their main advantages over the other dragons are their immunities, brute strength and fortitude. They never bother with anyone who has nothing to do with their tasks. These are the noble-warrior dragons, and only kill because they have no choice, or because they are hungry. Their bronze, red, black and gold colored scales are VERY hard and resilient, among the strongest of dragon scales, and they are sometimes hunted because of the value of their scales. If someone is caught wearing a suit of armor made of their scales BY a Kardaan Dragon, the beast may stop at nothing to get to the dragon slayer who claimed the hide. These dragons are among the most enormous and live in areas that have access to wide open spaces and cover, particularly when they grow very old.
