Dormensa - Phantom Lich

Stats

Phylactery: Warding Crystal (sphere shaped, has up to 4 powers at +4 levels above Lich) and Artifact Item (has one power at +4 levels above Lich which drains will of bearer -1 each time power is used and gives Lich ability to see and locate bearer.  Artifact has Way of Destruction (WoD).  Both items have HP = level x 30.

Levels and Paths: These Liches start at level 10 (or level 6 if converted from a played character), and have the same paths practiced in life, but can cast any spell learned in life at the level of the Lich, meaning they have a blanket level for all of their paths.  Limit of any 3 paths, +1 path at level 25, + Inborn Powers (below).  Paths can be any elemental or arcane.  Inborn Powers are applied at same levels as Arcane and Elemental.

Combat Levels: Combat levels are what they were in life, +1 level stealth advantage, or start at level 2 (owed to +1 level stealth advantage) if no combat levels have been learned yet.

Checks: Strength-{Level+8}, Dexterity-{+4}, Stealth-{+10}, Movement-{+3}, Stamina-{Limitless}, Intelligence-{+1}, Instincts-{14-17}, Willpower-{Level+10}

Physical Senses-{no smell, taste, or touch sense, they feel no pain. Vision and Hearing +2 each, +1 per five levels split between hearing and vision}

Traits: Phantoms are surreal in that they are both tangible and ethereal.  Their vital force makes them telekinetic, but an aura surrounds them, making them visible, when they have the power to tap this force and manifest visably.

Damage:
  All normal weapons do 1 damage by scattering their vital force, which acts as their health.  Electrical attacks do 2 damage.  Raise the dead does 5 damage. Nothing else damages them. Critical Hits doubles all damage.

HP: Level + 5 = Hits to Destroy.

Immunities:  Mental attacks, Attacks that affect the will (including domination, charms, and presence), Disease, Cold, Fire, All other attacks but those listed under damage.

Inborn Powers


Chill Touch: -1 stamina, -1 mvm per ace, -1 mvm per success on a crit
Dread Presence: -1 willpower and constitution, -1 per ace, -1 per success on a crit
Soul Tap: -1 willpower per success, damages
Devour Soul: On death for +1 Level (fresh souls only)
Telekinetic Blow: Strength=Damage
Telekinetic Shield: vital force of 5, +1 per ace, vs. number of hits taken to weaken shield. Critical hits do 2 damage to shield.

Information

    These Liches are spirits of dead mages.  They have a Phantom form with a viable phantom form at level 30+. Appearance of viable form varies (according to player design and what species they were in life as called).  Phantom form before becoming viable is invisible, but substantial enough to bear arms, and wear clothing or armor to give shape to their form.  Viable form will dissipate into invisible form if HP falls to 6 or below.  These Liches will haunt their former keep to maintain ownership or claim a keep they haunt by scaring off, or even killing off its occupants.  Dormensa always reside over a castle or keep.  Often, those whom served the mage in life will serve them as Dormensa after death, and it happens, though more rarely, that a Dormensa will serve a king or Lord they served in life.

    Player Note: Players of Mages have the option of having their mage become a Dormensa after a second resurrection.
